This website provides information about HM Agrione's moringa and Apple Ber divisions and lets you send enquiries, request quotes and place order requests.

Order requests

  • Submitting an order on this website creates an order request, not a confirmed contract.
  • We will contact you to confirm availability, delivery, applicable taxes and charges, and payment arrangements.
  • A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order request, for example if a product is unavailable or a delivery location cannot be served.
  • Moringa products and fresh Apple Ber are fulfilled separately and may be confirmed as separate orders.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices shown may change until an order is confirmed.
  • Prices include applicable GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout, or, where they cannot be shown, confirmed with you before the order is finalised.
  • Where online payment is offered at checkout, you pay through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking or wallets) and the order is treated as paid only once the payment is verified. Otherwise payment is arranged with you when your order is confirmed.

Wholesale quotes

Wholesale quotes are given in writing and are valid only for the period, quantities and terms stated in the quote. A quote request does not oblige either party to complete a transaction.

Seasonal produce

Apple Ber is a seasonal, perishable product. Availability, quality grades and quantities depend on the harvest and may change during the season.

Acceptable use

Governing law
