Before your order is confirmed
Order requests can be cancelled at any time before we confirm them, at no charge. Contact us with your order reference.
After confirmation, before dispatch
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we will cancel it and refund any payment already made. [Any conditions or charges for confirmed orders to be confirmed.]
After dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. Our Return and Refund Policy applies after delivery.
Fresh Apple Ber and bulk orders
For fresh fruit and bulk orders, harvesting, grading and packing may begin soon after confirmation. Cancellation terms for these orders are those set out in the written quote or order confirmation.
Cancellation by HM Agrione
We may cancel an order request or a confirmed order if a product becomes unavailable, a delivery location cannot be served, or the order details cannot be verified. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.
